  1. ‚Ä¢ Preview and Select now contains the template you have chosen. If you have prepared a text file with the text of the newsletter, you can place it now. You may also place the graphics used in your newsletter.
  2. ‚Ä¢ To place a text file, click on the text object in Preview & Select to select it. The text object is the rectangle without diagonal lines inside the page preview. 
  3. ‚Ä¢ Press the Place Text button at the bottom of the AutoCreate dialog.
  4. ‚Ä¢ Select the appropriate text file when the Place Text dialog appears.
  5. ‚Ä¢ To place a graphic, click on a graphic object in Preview & Select to select it. The graphic object is the rectangle with diagonal lines inside the page preview. 
  6. ‚Ä¢ Press the Place Graphic button at the bottom of the AutoCreate dialog.
  7. ‚Ä¢ Select the appropriate graphic file when the Place Graphic dialog appears.
  8. ‚Ä¢ Press the AutoCreate dialog's "Done" button to complete your newsletter.
